AVC-LAN Circuit: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLOCK - MULTI-DISPLAY) 
    1. Disconnect the L38 clock connector.

    2. Disconnect the L60 display connector.
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L38-5 (TX-1) - L60-17 (TX3-) Always Below 1 Ω
      L38-6 (TX+1) - L60-18 (TX3+)
      L38-5 (TX-1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      L38-6 (TX+1) - Body ground

    NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK → See step   2 

  2. PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
