Inspection Procedure

- INSPECT FUSE (D-IG1-3)
- Remove the D-IG1-3 fuse from the driver side junction block.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTOR SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester Connection Condition Specified Condition D-IG1-3 fuse Always Below 1 Ω
NG: REPLACE FUSE
OK: Go to next step
- READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER OR TECHSTREAM (IR SENSOR)
- Use the Data List to check if the infrared rays sensors are functioning properly.

NG: Go to step 3
OK: REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER (See REMOVAL )
- Use the Data List to check if the infrared rays sensors are functioning properly.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INFRARED RAY SENSOR - BODY GROUND AND BATTERY)
- Disconnect the X13 infrared ray sensor connector
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below
