Rear Combination Light Assembly: Inspection

  1. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the stoplight.
      1. Apply battery voltage to the connector, and check the LED illumination condition.

        OK 

        MEASUREMENT CONDITION SPECIFIED CONDITION REFERENCE CHART

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (STP)
        Battery positive (-) → Terminal 4 (E)        		 Light illuminates

    2. Check the taillight.
      1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals of the connector, and check the LED illumination condition.

        OK 

        MEASUREMENT CONDITION SPECIFIED CONDITION REFERENCE CHART

        Measurement Condition Specified Condition
        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (TL)
        Battery positive (-) → Terminal 4 (E)        		 Light illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light.

  2. INSPECT REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals of the connector, and check the LED illumination condition.

      OK 

      MEASUREMENT CONDITION SPECIFIED CONDITION REFERENCE CHART

      Measurement Condition Specified Condition
      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2 (T/P)
      Battery positive (-) → Terminal 4 (E)      		 Light illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear light.
