Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

    1. Disconnect the S45 and S47 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
      SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU TERMINAL REFERENCE

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      S45-7 (+B) - Body ground B - Body ground +B power supply Always 11 to 14 V
      S47-8 (IG1) - Body ground G - Body ground IG1 power supply Power switch ON (IG) 11 to 14 V
      S47-8 (IG1) - Body ground G - Body ground IG1 power supply Power switch OFF Below 1 V
      S45-8 (PGND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the S45 and S47 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    S45-3 (MOL+) - S45-4 (MOL-) W-L Seat belt motor LH circuit Power switch ON (IG), seat belt motor LH operates 4 0 to 8 5 V
    S45-3 (MOL+) - S45-4 (MOL-) W-L Seat belt motor LH circuit Power switch ON (IG), seat belt motor LH not operates Below 1 V

    If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK DRIVING SUPPORT ECU

    1. Disconnect the A33 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value (s) in the table below
      DRIVING SUPPORT ECU TERMINAL REFERENCE

      A33-13 (B) - Body ground Y - Body ground Power supply Power switch ON (IG) 9 5 to 16 V

      A33-11 (STP-) - Body ground G - Body ground Stop light switch signal input Brake pedal depress 7 5 to 14 V
      A33-11 (STP-) - Body ground G - Body ground Stop light switch signal input Brake pedal release Below 1 V
      A33-34 (ST1-) - Body ground O - Body ground Stop light switch signal input Power switch ON (IG), brake pedal release 7 5 to 14 V
      A33-34 (ST1-) - Body ground O - Body ground Stop light switch signal input Power switch ON (IG), brake pedal depress Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the A33 ECU connectors
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
      DRIVING SUPPORT ECU TERMINAL REFERENCE

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      A33-36 (IGB) - Body ground W - Body ground Front millimeter wave radar sensor power supply Power switch ON (IG) 9 5 to 16 V
      A33-36 (IGB) - Body ground W - Body ground Front millimeter wave radar sensor power supply Power switch OFF Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU

    1. Disconnect the R25 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
    OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU TERMINAL REFERENCE
