INSPECT SLIDING ROOF SWITCH ASSEMBLY

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
7 (UP) - 6 (E)	UP switch pulled up	Below 50 Ω
7 (UP) - 6 (E)	UP switch not pulled up	10 kΩ or higher
8 (DOWN) - 6 (E)	DOWN switch pressed halfway down	Below 50 Ω
8 (DOWN) - 6 (E)	DOWN switch not pressed	10 kΩ or higher
4 (AUTO) - 6 (E) 8 (DOWN) - 6 (E)	DOWN switch pressed down	Below 50 Ω
4 (AUTO) - 6 (E) 8 (DOWN) - 6 (E)	DOWN switch not pressed	10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the sliding roof switch assembly.
