Removal [12/2017 - 09/2018]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  2. REMOVE TOOL BOX 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

    Refer to PRECAUTION [12/2017 - 10/2020]

  4. REMOVE BATTERY STATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the battery state sensor assembly connector.

    2. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from the battery state sensor assembly.

      NOTE:

      When disconnecting the wire harness, some systems need to be initialized after the wire harness is reconnected.

      Refer to INITIALIZATION [12/2017 - 09/2018]

    3. Loosen the nut and remove the battery state sensor assembly from the battery.
