1. Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the ignition switch off.

   Standard voltage

   11 to 14 V

   HINT: 

   If the auxiliary battery voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding to the next step.

1. Using the Techstream, check if the navigation system is functioning normally.
   1. Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2018 - 10/2020] , or refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2020 - 07/2022]

      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes 

   2. Clear the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2018 - 10/2020] , or refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2020 - 07/2022]

      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Clear DTCs 

   3. Recheck for DTCs by simulating the operation indicated by the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2018 - 10/2020] , or refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2020 - 07/2022]

      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   DTCs are not output.
