Continuous Monitor Test (Cont.)

  1. Turn ignition off. Place steering wheel in straight-ahead position. Turn ignition and voltmeter on. While an assistant moves PRC switch between SPORT, NORMAL and SOFT positions, tap and wiggle PRC components and wiring harness. Observe voltmeter and record any service code(s).
  2. If Code 2 is indicated, proceed to TEST QT6. If Code 4 is indicated, proceed to PINPOINT TEST C1. If Code 5 is indicated, proceed to PINPOINT TEST D1. If no code(s) or codes(s) not specified are indicated, proceed to PINPOINT TEST Q1.
