Programmable Memory Seat
- Use a self-powered test lamp or an ohmmeter such as Rotunda Digital Volt Ohmmeter (007-00001), or equivalent, to test memory seat switch.
- With No. 1 button pressed, there should be continuity between terminals 1 and 2. See Fig 1
.
- With No. 2 button pressed, there should be continuity between terminals 1 and 3.
- With SET button pressed there should be continuity between terminals 1 and 4.
- To test LED light in SET button, ground terminal No. 5, and connect terminal No. 6 to positive battery feed. Light should glow.
- If switch does not test as outlined, replace switch and wiring assembly. See POWER SEAT SWITCH
under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
