Verify customer complaint. Check for blown fuses or faulty circuit breaker. Check for loose or corroded connectors. Check for damaged wiring. Check for damaged motors. Check for damaged mirror assemblies. Check for faulty switches. If no problem was found, go to SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  .
