Test I: Set Speed Fluctuates

Check throttle lever and speed control servo cable operation while performing speed control servo slack test with New Generation Star (NGS) tester. If throttle lever operates properly, replace speed control servo. If throttle lever does not operate properly, repair or replace components as necessary. Retest system operation.
