Item 2: Front Axle Bolts Removal Note

    CAUTION: Do not allow the inner halfshaft boots to contact the lower control arms. Damage to the boots can occur.
  1. Support the axle using an appropriate jack. Disconnect the vent hose and lower the axle approximately 25 mm (1 in).
