Removal and Installation

CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE: The telematics control module must be reconfigured upon replacement. See MODULE CONFIGURATION .

Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, see BATTERY DISCONNECT .
Remove the rear seat backrest. For additional information, see REAR SEAT BACKREST .
Remove the pin-type retainers and remove the luggage compartment front cover.

Remove the telematics control module.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the 3 screws.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
