Removal and Installation

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Remove the front brake disc. For additional information, refer to FRONT DISC BRAKE .
  3. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the 3 wheel speed sensor harness retainers.
  5. Remove the 2 wheel speed sensor harness pin-type retainers.
  6. Remove the wheel speed sensor bolt.
    • To install, tighten to 17 Nm (13 lb-ft).
  7. Remove the wheel speed sensor and the harness.
  8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
