Step A - Module Data is Available

  1. The VCM displays "Module Data Has Been Stored".
    NOTE: For vehicle security module (VSM) programming only, refer to steps a-d  below, all others skip to step 2.
    1. Turn the headlamp switch to the OFF position.
    2. Turn the ignition key to the RUN position.
    3. Open the drivers door.
    4. Unlock the doors using the interior trim switch.
  2. SELECT: Restore Configuration - New ECU. Press trigger.
  3. The VCM completes loading the retrieved data and displays Module Download Successful.
  4. Test the module for correct operation.
