Pump Assembly: Disassembly

Remove the front pump washer.

Remove and discard the front pump O-ring seal from the plate assembly.

Remove and discard the front pump seal rings from the stator support.

Remove the 11 bolts and separate the pump plate assembly from the pump body.

Remove and discard the pump body outer seal.

Remove and inspect the inner and the outer pump gears.
- Clean all pump components in solvent.
- Dry the parts with compressed air.
- Inspect the pump gears, faces, gear teeth, pump housing and mating surfaces for damage or scoring.
- Install a new pump as necessary.
