Inspection and Verification: Notes
- Verify the customer concern by operating the system.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause before proceeding to the next step.
- Using the scan tool, read and record the Smart Junction Box (SJB) DTCs. GO to the DTC Table .
- If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom. GO to SYMPTOM TABLE - EXTERNAL CONTROLS or GO to SYMPTOM TABLE - NVH .VISUAL INSPECTION TABLE
