Transaxle Support Insulator - 3.7L: Installation
- Clean the transaxle support insulator bolts using a wire brush and apply new threadlock to the threads.
- Install the bottom transaxle support insulator bolts.
- Tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).

- Install the top transaxle support insulator bolts.
- Tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).

- Install the transaxle support insulator bracket, the transaxle support insulator bracket nuts and the transaxle support insulator bracket bolt.
- Tighten the transaxle support insulator bracket bolt to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
- Tighten the transaxle support insulator bracket nuts to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).

- Using the floor jack and Oil Pan Holding Fixture, raise the transaxle and install the transaxle support insulator through bolt.
- Tighten to 175 Nm (129 lb-ft).

- Remove the floor jack and the Oil Pan Holding Fixture.
- Install the battery tray. For additional information, refer to

- Install the ACL assembly and outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to
INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM & INTAKE AIR FILTERING SYSTEM
article.
- Install the rear anti-roll transaxle support insulator. Refer to TRANSAXLE SUPPORT INSULATOR - ANTI-ROLL, 3.7L .
