Turn the ignition Off. Refer to the OEM Wiring Diagrams (Hybrid) and check and secure all B+ cable connections between the 12V battery and the Direct Current/Direct Current (DC/DC) converter. Turn the ignition On. CLEAR the DTC. If the DTC is still present, INSTALL a new Direct Current/Direct Current (DC/DC) converter control module.
