Receiver Drier: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Recover the refrigerant. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
Remove the CAC. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe 2.0L EcoBoost (177kW/240PS) - MI4 .
NOTE: Make sure that all openings are sealed.

NOTE: Discard the O-ring seals.
1. Remove the bolts.
  Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
2. Remove the retainer and the receiver drier.
