Engine Mount RH: Installation

  1. NOTE: Early build shown, late build similar.

    Clean the engine mount-to-cylinder block mating surfaces of any dirt or foreign material prior to installation.

    Position the RH engine mount and install the new studs.

    Torque: 35 lb. ft (48 Nm)

    Install the new bolts and nuts finger-tight and then tighten in sequence.

  4. Remove and discard the transmission crossmember bolts.

  34. NOTE: Use the internal or external hex-holding feature to prevent the ball and stud from turning while removing or installing the stabilizer bar link nuts. The link boot seal must not be allowed to twist while tightening the link nuts or damage to the boot seal will occur.

    Position the RH sway bar link and install the new nut.

    Torque: 129 lb. ft (175 Nm)

    1. LH and RH exhaust flexible pipes. Refer to: Exhaust Flexible Pipe .
    2. Front suspension height sensors. Refer to: Front Suspension Height Sensor .

  38. Remove Special Service Tool: 303-F070 Support Bar, Engine.
