- Remove accelerator pump piston assembly. Remove clip, fuel strainer and inlet check ball. Remove accelerator check valve and solenoid valve.
- Invert carburetor and remove carburetor throttle body. Remove needle valve seat, needle valve, spring, valve stem and washer, sight glass and float.
- Remove diaphragm cover, diaphragm spring and throttle lever assembly. Disconnect diaphragm rod, remove secondary throttle lever and diaphragm body. Using special driver, remove power valve.
- Remove plugs and washers, all air bleeds, jets and washers. Remove mixture adjustment screw by pulling whole shell out while turning counterclockwise, or cut out shell with a hacksaw.
