Fuel Sending Unit

NOTE: Resistance readings are the same for all models except for the B2000 "EMPTY" fuel tank reading, which should be 238-288 ohms.

Resistance should measure 3 ohms with float at full raised position. At the mid range position, resistance should measure approximately 32.5 ohms. With float lowered to empty position, ohmmeter should register about 110 ohms, except on B2000 models. On B2000 models, resistance should be 238-288 ohms in empty position. If resistance readings are not as specified, replace sending unit.
