  2. Position clutch disc on flywheel with damper springs facing outward. Hold in place with Clutch Aligner (T77F-7137-A). Position pressure plate over clutch disc and align marks made at removal.
  3. Install pressure plate retaining bolts. Evenly, diagonally and gradually tighten bolts to specifications. Remove clutch aligner. Place transaxle on transmission jack.
  4. Lightly coat input shaft splines with Clutch Grease (C1AZ-19590-B). Install transaxle assembly by aligning input shaft through clutch disc splines. Align clutch housing onto engine guide pins. Install clutch housing bolts and tighten to specifications.
  5. Raise transaxle assembly and tighten engine support bar to hold assembly in position. Remove transmission jack. Install transaxle mount, located by exhaust pipe. Install starter and electrical wiring. Install extension bar onto mounting bracket. Install transaxle control rod.
  6. Install crossmember and transaxle mount bolts. Install new circlips on drive axles and install drive axles. Ensure circlips are seated completely in transaxle. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all bolts/nuts to specifications.
