Electrical Signal

Connect a voltmeter to the Blue/Red terminal of the TICS control solenoid valve. See Fig 1 . Gradually increase engine speed and check voltmeter reading. Below 4000 RPM, voltage should be less than 2.0 volts. Above 4000 RPM, voltage should be approximately 12 volts.
