Using an ohmmeter, measure actuator clutch solenoid resistance between terminals "C" and "A". Resistance should be about 20 ohms. Check continuity at the terminals of the actuator connector. There should be continuity between terminals "C" and "A", and also between terminals "B" and "D". Connect battery power and ground to actuator an ensure actuator operates to specification.
