Port Air Solenoid Valve (Non-Turbo)

Install voltmeter between Blue wire terminal and ground of solenoid valve. Start engine. Allow to idle and note voltage reading. Voltage should be less than 2.5 volts.
Open throttle halfway and note voltage. Voltage should be approximately 12 volts.

NOTE: Solenoid valve voltage will be constantly less than 2.5 volts once vehicle has operated more than 20,000 miles.
