Fuel Cut-And-Check Valve

Remove cut-and-check valve. Connect pressure gauge to passage that connects to fuel tank. See Fig 1 . Blow through port "A" of valve. Verify that valve opens at pressure of 0.78-1.00 psi. Remove gauge. Reconnect to atmosphere passage. Blow through port "B" of valve. Verify that valve opens at pressure of 0.14-0.71 psi.

NOTE: Place fuel cut-and-check valve in a horizontal position for testing. Otherwise, ball contained within valve could be displaced and block passage.
