Coasting Advance System
- Connect voltmeter to White/Green wire terminal of coasting advance solenoid valve. See Fig 1 . Increase engine speed to 3000 RPM, and lift idle switch arm. See Figure . Verify voltmeter indicates appropriate voltage according to RPM. See COASTING ADVANCE SYSTEM RPM/VOLTAGE table.
- If voltmeter reading is not as specified, check vacuum solenoid valve and voltage at terminal 1S of ECU. See PIN VOLTAGE CHARTS article.
