Mass Airflow (MAF) Sensor
Disconnect MAF sensor connector. Check for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion and loose wires. Repair as necessary. Reconnect connector. Connect New Generation Star (NGS) Tool (49 T088 0A0) to data link connector 2 located under left side of dash. Turn ignition on. Using NSG tool, access MAF PID and record value while operating vehicle under specified condition. See MASS AIRFLOW (MAF) SENSOR VOLTAGE TABLE . If MAF PID value is not as specified, replace MAF sensor.
