Fuel Gauge Sending Unit

WARNING: Relieve fuel pressure before servicing fuel system.

Remove fuel gauge sending unit. Connect ohmmeter between the Yellow and Black wire terminals of fuel gauge sending unit connector.
Measure resistance with fuel gauge sending unit float at specified position. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT RESISTANCE . If resistance is not as specified, replace fuel gauge sending unit.
