Fuel Pressure Regulator Diaphragm

  1. Start and operate engine at idle for 10 seconds. Turn ignition off for 10 seconds. Again, start and operate engine at idle for 10 seconds, then turn ignition off.
  2. Disconnect fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose. Check fuel pressure regulator vacuum port. If diaphragm is leaking fuel, replace fuel pressure regulator.
