Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE  . Disconnect vacuum and fuel hose(s) from regulator. Remove regulator mounting bolts. Remove regulator, gasket and "O" ring (if equipped) from fuel rail.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Using NEW gasket and "O" ring (if equipped). Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
