Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor

Locate and remove IAT sensor from dynamic chamber. Place IAT sensor and thermometer in a container of water. Connect ohmmeter between IAT sensor terminals. Slowly heat water. Observe resistance at specified temperatures. See INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR SPECIFICATIONS  table. If resistance is not as specified, replace IAT sensor.
