Function Test
Disconnect actuator cable from accelerator. Start engine to supply vacuum to actuator diaphragm. SeeFigure . Apply battery voltage and ground to specified terminals of actuator and observe actuator arm. See ACTUATOR FUNCTION TEST . If actuator arm does not function as specified, replace actuator.
