Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor: MPV
Locate and remove IAT sensor from dynamic chamber. Place IAT sensor and thermometer in a container of water. Connect ohmmeter between IAT sensor terminals. Slowly heat water. Observe resistance at specified temperatures. See INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR SPECIFICATIONS (MILLENIA 2.5L, MPV, PROTEGE 1.5L & 626) table. If resistance is not as specified, replace IAT sensor.
