DTC P1169: Middle Oxygen Sensor, No Inversion: Condition

DTC is set when middle oxygen sensor signal voltage remains less than .45 volt for 43.2 seconds when engine coolant temperature is more than 158°F and engine speed is more than 1500 RPM. Possible causes are:

• Middle oxygen sensor malfunction.
• Fuel system malfunction.
• Vacuum leaks.
• EVAP system malfunction.
• PCV system malfunction.
• Low compression.
• Ignition system malfunction.
