Restraints Control Module (RCM): Removal

- Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Position front seats fully forward. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING SYSTEM under DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM. Position carpet back on right-side of center tunnel.
- Remove RCM retaining bolts from right-side of RCM. Remove lower left-side center instrument panel finish panel. Position carpet back on left-side of center tunnel. Disconnect RCM harness connectors. Remove remaining RCM mounting bolt and remove RCM.
