Liftgate Disassembly/Assembly

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the liftgate lower trim. (See LIFTGATE LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the rear finisher.
- Disassemble in the order indicated in the illustration.
- Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
