Rotary Blade Coupling Disassembly And Assembly: Disassembly

- Using the special tool, remove the pinion nut.
NOTE:
- A small punch that can be inserted between the end yoke spline and pinion gear is required.
- Using a punch, mark one of the splines on the yoke.
- Mark the corresponding spline on the pinion gear.
Remove the yoke.
- Remove the clutch assembly from the housing.
- Remove the four bolts and the clutch shaft.
Inspect the clutch shaft and replace as required
- Remove the snap ring.
- Using a brass drift and hammer, drive the bearing out of the housing.
- Discard bearing.
