Rotary Blade Coupling Disassembly And Assembly: Disassembly

Using the special tool, remove the pinion nut.

NOTE:
- A small punch that can be inserted between the end yoke spline and pinion gear is required.
Using a punch, mark one of the splines on the yoke.

Mark the corresponding spline on the pinion gear.
Remove the yoke.

Remove the clutch assembly from the housing.

Remove the four bolts and the clutch shaft.
Inspect the clutch shaft and replace as required

Remove the snap ring.

Using a brass drift and hammer, drive the bearing out of the housing.
1. Discard bearing.
