Front Evaporator Removal/Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Evacuate the refrigerant from the system. (See REFRIGERANT RECOVERY .) (See REFRIGERANT CHARGING ):
Disconnect the cooler pipe No.3 from the expansion valve. (See FRONT A/C UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the glove compartment. (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Disassemble the air duct.

Slide the air duct toward (A) and push it down toward (B) to remove it.
Remove the PCM. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove in the order indicated in the table.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
