WARNING:
Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS
article in RESTRAINTS. Do not apply electrical power to any component on steering column without first deactivating air bag system. Air bag may deploy.
NOTE:
When battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while powertrain control module relearns its adaptive strategy. Vehicle may need to be driven 10 or more miles to relearn strategy.
