Valance Panel Removal/Installation

1. Remove the front bumper bracket. See BUMPER BRACKET FRONT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  .
2. Remove the front valance panel.
   1. Remove the bolts (three each side).
   2. Drill out the plastic pop rivets (one each side).
   3. Unclip the front valance panel.
3. Install in reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque 

2.7-3.7 N.m (23-34 in.lbf)
