Thermostat Removal/Installation: Notes

Remove the battery and battery tray.
Drain the engine coolant. (See COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE WARNINGS .) See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
Remove in the order indicated in the table.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
