Rotary Blade Coupling Disassembly And Assembly: Assembly

Using a bearing driver and handle, install the bearing into the housing.

Install the snap ring.

Using the special tool, install the seal.
- Make sure the seal flange is in contact with the housing.

Install the clutch shaft and the four bolts.

Install the clutch assembly into the housing.

NOTE:
- Make sure the marks are aligned on the pinion gear and yoke.
Install the yoke and nut.
- Use the special tool to hold the yoke while tightening the nut.
