Differential Oil Replacement

Position the vehicle on level ground.
Remove the oil-fill plug.
Remove the drain plug and drain the oil.
Install the drain plug with a new washer and tighten.
Tightening torque
1. 39.2-53.9 N.m
2. {4.00-5.49 kgf.m, 29.0-39.7 ft.lbf}

Add the specified oil through the oil-fill plug hole.
Specified oil
1. Type
  1. API service GL-5 SAE 90
2. Oil capacity (approx. quantity)
  1. 1.2-1.4 L
  2. {1.3-1.4 US qt, 1.1-1.2 Imp qt}
After adding the oil, perform the oil level inspection.
Install the oil-fill plug with a new washer and tighten.
Tightening torque
1. 39.2-53.9 N.m
2. {4.00-5.49 kgf.m, 29.0-39.7 ft.lbf}
