Assembly Procedure

Install the new oil seal to the oil pump housing using the SSTs .

Apply ATF to the outer and inner rotors.
Align the marks and install the outer and inner rotors.
Install the outer and inner rotors to the oil pump housing.

Install the bolts securing the oil pump housing as shown in the figure.

Tightening Torque

6.9-11.0 N.m {0.7-1.1 kgf.m, 5.1-7.9 ft.lbf}
Install a new O-ring to the oil pump housing.
