DESCRIPTION

Under extreme cold ambient temps (-4°F / -20°C), customers may experience intermittent crank but won't start condition. This condition may be caused by the contact points of main or fuel pump relay freezing.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicles repaired using the following repair procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

Verify customer concern.
Replace the main and fuel pump relays with new parts.
Verify repair.
