Outside Rear Door Handle Removal/Installation

NOTE:

Use a drift punch to remove the steel centers and a 6.35mm (1/4 in) diameter drill bit to remove the rivets.

Remove the steel centers (1) from the rivets (2).
Drill out the rivets (2).
Remove the outside door handle (3).

Disconnect the locking clips (1).
Disconnect the cable conduit (2) from the outside door handle.

NOTE:
- Hold the handle open while removing the barrel ends of the cable.
Disconnect the cables from the outside door handle.

Install in reverse order of removal.
