Installation Note

Install the front fender.
- Install the bolts.
  1. Tightening torque
    1. 10-14 N.m (102-143 kgf.cm, 8-10 ft.lbf)
If equipped, on the right hand front fender, install the cruise control servo.
- Install the bolt.
1. Tightening torque
  1. 9-12 N.m (92-122 kgf.cm, 7-9 ft.lbf)
Install the grille opening panel reinforcement bolts.
1. Tightening torque
  1. 6-8 N.m (61-82 kgf.cm, 54-70 in.lbf)
Install the front fender to radiator support brace bolt.
1. Tightening torque
  1. 10-14 N.m (102-143 kgf.cm, 8-10 ft.lbf)
Install the radiator grille opening panel.
Open the front door and install the front fender bolt.
1. Tightening torque
  1. 10-14 N.m (102-143 kgf.cm, 8-10 ft.lbf)
Install the lower front fender to rocker panel bolt.
- If required, install the fender spacer(s), maximum two each side.
1. Tightening torque
  1. 10-14 N.m (102-143 kgf.cm, 8-10 ft.lbf)
Install the front fender cowl side sound absorber.
NOTE:
- Install the electrical connector locators into the proper positions.
NOTE:
- On the right hand splash shield, connect the vacuum lines to the vacuum reservoir.
Install the splash shield. See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
If equipped, install the wheel splash guard.
Install the parking lamp assembly. See PARKING LAMP ASSEMBLY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
Install the front bumper. See BUMPER BRACKET FRONT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
